為了明年度問世的新模型雜誌~模力誌創刊，筆者應好友Robert邀請，終於將這款國軍第二代戰機製作出來，同時這也是筆者2009年的收關作，敬請同好欣賞與指教，我們明年見囉
1980年代後期，當時中華民國空軍現役F-104戰機因為接近壽命終期，妥善率偏低，除嚴重影響空防任務，也造成多起墜機意外和飛行員的折損。1992年布希在尋求美國總統連任中突然宣布同意出售中華民國150架F-16戰機，包括130架F-16A機號6601(93-0702)~6720(93-0821)與20架F-16B機號6801(93-0822)~6830(93-0851)，這個採購計畫命名為「和平鳳凰」。
1996年7月，我國採購的第一架F-16型戰機正式出廠。1997年4月14日，首批2架F-16A/B型戰機飛抵嘉義基地， 4月19日舉行接機典禮。
1997年10月4日，第一個配備 F-16 型戰機的第21中隊在嘉義基地編成。2001年12月18日，第一個配備 F-16 型戰機的第455聯隊，包含第21、22、23作戰隊正式成軍。
2002年1月16日，第二個配備 F-16 型戰機的第401聯隊，包含第17、26、27作戰隊、第12偵照隊在花蓮基地正式成軍。

Man what a beauty.... very nice your collection with Taiwan Airforce aircraft I especially like the weathering, not overdone and very realistic. For me this is the standard of how the F-16 has to be build. Is this a 1/48 kit. Hasegawa? Or is it a modified Tamiya?
Must admit that this is not one of my favourite aircraft, but that's a great finish with nicely understated weathering. Overall 'sit' is very convincing and I like the presence of a pilot to give a feel for the aircraft's size. Beautiful work.
請教版大，F-16機背的主色您是用哪幾個顏色所調出來的?比例是? (一般多是用Gunze 305) 謝謝!!!
